Alcatel ONE TOUCH 4033A, it is a old one Rom, but Ive tried also searching on. Google Rom for my ot-4033A i found out a (sca.) file this one readout on a functionable a good unit and a (scatter file), look the file content picture below.

Scatter file mostly flashing using a sp flash tool, and commonly uses mtks band chips today smartphones on market. before flashing a device make sure you back up your contacts, pictures, and all important data you have it. note flashing phones it may cause also to a dead phone so be careful. we do not any carry if you had problem read first our disclaimer. but we try to help if any problem that you encountered.

Alcatel Pop D5 OT-5038A Android 4.4.2 kitkat Scatter File, yes a scatter file or a factory firmware that you can flash using sp flash tool. A non rooted firmware, look at the picture left side a white and a blue pop d5, the blue is one stuck on logo, and the white is also restart on logo. but the white pop d5 success flash using the support suit by alcatel, support suit took more than 3 hours waiting on downloading the firmware. but this scatter file. A minutes only you can flash your pop d5 without any internet connection and you repair your software problem.

The second image on left, the success flashing of pop d5 using sp flash tool. One time flashing only without any errors like (3142) firmware mismatch.The Rom is smoothly written,I just seated wait until finish flashing. And I never disappointed with this Rom, really completing my day on servicing mobile phones.

The third image on left the pop d5 blue,. now she is alive without loosing the imei, it has a good network signal, wifi, bluetooth, camera, and all is working fine right now.
