#1. Guide To Flash LG G Flex 2 (LG US995 U.S. Cellular )

Please follow this guide carefully to flash LG G Flex 2 (LG US995 U.S. Cellular ) .

Make sure you have download all requirement tool above
Then Install the drivers with your phone connected with your Computer, when it finished disconnect your LG G Flex 2 (LG US995 U.S. Cellular ) phone from your computer.

No need to choose desired language, it automatically change to English as a default setting.
Finally you can click OK.
You must wait a minute for the LG Mobile Support tool to recognize the LG G Flex 2 (LG US995 U.S. Cellular ) device.
When you wait this process, may take 5 minute the tool to recognize it.
The software will start the extraction on your device.
When the process reach 100% your LG G Flex 2 (LG US995 U.S. Cellular ) will reboot.
Then, you must Unplug your LG G Flex 2 (LG US995 U.S. Cellular ) from your computer by remove USB Cable from it.,

÷ Prerequisites:

•This tutorial is only for installing Android 6.0.1 S.Team ROM on HTC One M9. Please do not try on any other One M9 variants.

•Your phone should have a custom recovery installed in order to install this S.Team ROM on your phone.

•We will be using TWRP Recovery for this tutorial.

•Bootloader should be unlocked.

•This tutorial will wipe out all your data. Make sure you backup all your data in your phone before proceeding.

•Perform a Dalvik Cache wipe before proceeding from the Recovery Mode.

÷ How to Update HTC One (M9) to Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow S.Team ROM:

Step 1 – Download Android 6.0.1 S.Team ROM for One M9 to your computer and extract boot.img from the zip file separately. Download Google Apps as well.

Step 2 – Connect and mount your One M9 USB memory to your computer using the USB cable.

Step 3 – Now copy/paste the downloaded Android 6.0.1 ROM zip and Google Apps zip files to your phone memory / SD card. Make sure the file is in the phone memory / SD card root (not in any folder).

Step 4 – Copy/paste the boot.img file to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory.

Step 5 – Then turn OFF your phone and disconnect from the USB cable.

Step 6 – Now to get in the Bootloader/Fastboot Mode. Turn ON the phone while pressing and holding the Volume Down + Power buttons.

Step 7 – Once in the Fastboot mode (on your phone), navigate to android-sdk-windowsplatform-tools directory (on your computer) and open Command Prompt (Shift + Right-click > Open Command Prompt).

Step 8 – Type the following command and press Enter.

fastboot flash boot boot.img

Step 9 – Then, type the following command and press Enter.

fastboot reboot

Step 10 – Follow the navigation instructions on the screen. Select BOOTLOADER and then go to RECOVERY.

Step 11 – Once you are in TWRP Recovery, perform a full data wipe by tapping on the ‘Wipe’ button. Then swipe on the “Swipe to Factory Reset” option at the bottom.

Step 12 – Now go back to the main menu and then tap on the ‘Install’ button. From the list, choose the ZIP file that you copied to your phone memory in Step 3.

Step 13 – Confirm installation on the next screen by swiping on the “Swipe to Confirm Flash” option. The installation procedure should start now.

Step 14 – Once the installation is completed.

Google Apps: Repeat the above step for the Gapps zip file as well and install it on your phone.
Step 15 – Tap on the “Wipe cache/dalvik” button if you get into any boot loops or other issues.

Step 16 – You can now reboot your phone by selecting the “Reboot System” button.

Your HTC One M9 will boot now and it might take about 5 minutes to boot on your first time after flashing a new ROM. So, please wait.

That’s it! Your HTC One M9 should now have Android 6.0.1 S.Team Marshmallow custom ROM installed on your phone! Go to Settings > About phone to verify.

esta é uma Rom oficial e esta funcionando perfeitamente, eu mesmo testei

e pude comprovar sua eficiência em corresponder nossas necessidades.

Na minha opinião, a Sony finalmente está indo pelo caminho certo, realmente me

surpreendeu essa rom, foi bem mais que eu esperava de uma atualização Sony.

Abaixo vou destacar algumas funcionalidades e melhoras que me agradaram nessa atualização.

- Interface limpa e bonita

- Menus e Home com mair facilidade de personalização

- Small App (pode segurar o menu e ter acesso, por exemplo um poup da cauculadora)

- Velocidade (notei um otimo desempenho na rapidez do smart)

- Baixo consumo de ram

- Sem Travamentos (até o momento o celular no travou)

- Camera esta com excelente qualidade (videos e fotos)

- Walkman esta melhor, e possui mais visualizações

- Barra de Status tem ícones de fácil acesso

- Baixo consumo de bateria, possui um sistema chamado "Modo de espera estendido"

esse sistema me agradou muito, abaixo vou mostrar um print da bateria em repouso.

- Pode aproveitar todas funcionalidades que o 4.1 JB trás ao seu android, uma delas,

bem interessante, é o Google Now.

Bom, claro que não citei todos melhoras e novidades, instalei recentemente e não testei

todos recursos presentes.

Unfortunately the package doesnt include the sorely-needed Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich update -- thats due sometime during the second quarter. However, were hoping the update fixes a few niggling issues weve been noticing with our review unit, including some radio wonkiness and difficulty automatically disconnecting from Wifi routers when out of range. If youve picked up the new software on your Xperia S, be sure to point out any changes or fixes over in the comments.
